A - Z....Apricots -to- Zucchini

Happy food made by mummy!
Basket of yummies for this week puree

It have been more than 6 weeks since i started Kynan on solid meals. He is well established on 3 solid meals and breastfeeding everyday! He is a real hearty eater, and it always inspire me to look out for new puree recipes for him. Till now all of the fruits and vegetables i introduce to Kynan are all organic, and i am so glad that these fruits and vegetables are so fresh and free from the chemical growth. I have to agree to a certain extend it quite hard to do grocery, normally i will visit the 2 usual organic shops at roxy square and railway mall.

Till now he have tried :

~ Apricots ( Lots of antioxidant)

~ Apples.. Kynan's fave! It's a baby favourite's

~ Carrots ( a good com bi to other vegetable puree)

~ Broccoli ( What a awesome suprise!)

~ Sweet potato

~ Pumpkin ( wholesome of beta-carotene)

~ Papaya ( the only food in this list he dislike, still trying!)

~ Spinach, red leaf( Another pleasant one, in TCM it nourish the blood )

~ Zucchini ( a.k.a courgette)* Daddy says.."What is this?''*

I made them all into different puree by steaming. And to my suprise Kynan loves the spinach!Yeah...seeing Kynan enjoys eating the green leafy is such as i don't really like vegetables too! But i once read that parents shouldn't be bias to only introduce their own preference to kids!

And hence this are all my joyful experiment!...Praise God for the wonder natures to bless my baby's tummy! And my lil' adventurous boy!
