It have been a very exciting weeks for us, counting down for baby Kynan's arrival. Thank you for all the well wishes and anticipation that our loved ones n dear friends are sharing with us!
We have prepared most of baby Kynan's things ready, his room.. his all mini stuffs..stemcord bag..my confinements TCM herbs..hospital bag(1 for baby,1 for mama n 1 for PaPa..We packed according to the hospital lists by Dr JW but it jus seems so much things,Eric compile them to a travel hand carry bag.It's like going for a 3days 2nights tour at MT. ALVERNIA???) @~@
I have complete as much of my scrapbooking with the monthly collections of Kynan's ultrasound scans.I hoped that thru the collections of photos n all keepsakes,it will gives Kynan lots of memory even when he is a baby in MaMa's tummy.Together with this blog,it will serve as a journal to him.
I haven't been cooking recently n have lots of time to chat with the gals in the afternoon!There so much to talk about today..(although i'm the 1st among them to got pregnant,but there are so much topics we can talk about babies!) Bridget can even thought of n ask Eric to keep the hospital bag in his car in case of labour anyway he needs to take off from there,i didn't even think of this.(* we missed this sat mee-pok session,no worry even if i can't join u all..eeh,i know u all will come over.Anyway Samantha volunteer to cook ''sesame lean pork'',if got her popular bee-hoon can potluck! Hey..confinement pOTLUCk session!!Or the big gatherings will be at Meiling's wedding. Thankz for all your thoughtfulness!
Ling ask me what can she do when i'm in labour when we shopping?? I wanted to tease her..''Be my mid-wife". Eric have been working from home this week, other than catching up with friends.We have been sneaking out for suppers date cos we knew it will be awhile before we can go for late suppers once Kynan's arrive! Suppers are never healthy bites..till now.. i put on about 18kgs n Eric about 8kgs?? Who's preggie?? Mum or Dad? Hah anyway Mummy will now have 2 chubby babies!
