Hubby fave dish! Anything with mushroom..chinese dried mushroom , swiss mushroom , enoki mushroom , juz any mushrooms as long not poisonous one...He LoVes it!
Thats y my cooking include lots of mushroom variety.
---- Ingredients ----
fusilli 1 1/4 cups
swiss mushroom 1 box (about 200 gm)
streaky bacon 150 gm
asparagus 1/2 pkt
red onion 1 1/2 whole
italian herbs 5 dashs
cheddar chesse 1 cup
whip cream 2 pkts
---- Prep ----
} remove stem of mushroom , rinse n slice
} finely chop onions
} remove 1 end of stem( shoots) of asparagus , cut into 3 part
} rinse n cut bacon into 4 parts
---- Cook ----
} fusilli 3 mins till al dente..drain dry n stir in 1 tbsp of butter
} in a pan,stir fry onion n garlic first> fry bacon till crisp
} add asparagus , swiss mushroom
} final w pasta> whip cream> cheddar cheese
} top up w italian herbs
